Project managed the tender and D&C contractor for the delivery of a full size store, in accordance with greenstar requirements, which were upgraded mid-delivery. Project also included a residential superlot, fast-food outlet pad site, carwash/fuel pad site three site entries, carpark shade structure, three tenancy shells and electric vehicle charging stations.
