Complete project management services for the proposed rezoning from low-density residential to conventional density adjacent to a prominent regional school, vast open parklands and existing residential interface. Project included an innovative Integrated Water Management Strategy that brought together Council, Water Authority, Drainage Authority, Environmental Authority, Planning Authority, school and Client for a wastewater treatment plant that utilises the waste from the development and 100 lots from the adjacent residential estate and converts it into irrigation water for the adjacent sports field within Targoora Park and the school, as well as improving flows in the adjacent One Mile Creek.
An outcome that not only provides housing for the town, but an innovative solution to reduce waste.
