Obtaining a non-controlled action determination under the EPBC Act. Keeping the club owned Yering Gorge Cottages operating throughout.
First 18 holes opened in July 2015, 3rd 9-holes opened in October 2016; Par 3 9-holes opened December 2017.
Project management of the new site, including town planning, coordinating statutory authorities’ requirements, detailed design, course construction (including moving 800,000cum of cut to fill), clubhouse construction, teaching academy construction and maintenance facility construction.
