Services Provided

Robert Luxmoore provided Project Management services to Royal Melbourne Golf Club during the ECI, design, and construction phases for the 3PS facility which included:

• 192 space underground car park

• 400 bag compactus storage bays

• 300 electric bag & buggy storage bays

• 30 ride on cart storage bays

• Driving range (with Trackman Range technology)

• Bowls pavilion (with seating for 48 people)

• Café

• Putting green and associated landscaping works.

Increasing car spaces by 100, bag/buggy store by 150, and carts to 30.
