Robert Luxmoore provided project management services for planning, design, and superintendent management of the Reservoir Business Hub (Radford Road), a 7.757ha site in Reservoir’s industrial zone 1 and 3. The warehouse complex comprises of 8 warehouses from 3,297m² to 7,833m², totaling 43,556 m² (GLA) with minimum 10 to 15 meter cantilevered awnings, on-grade roller shutters, and recessed docks to two tenancies.
