Lovely Banks

RLPL were appointed by the landowners to co-ordinate the application for a land holding of approximately 1,200Ha in the north of Geelong at an area known as Lovely Banks for consideration for inclusion in Geelong’s growth area. After some four years of detailed works undertaken by the consultant team with the City of Geelong and the State Government, the project was granted approval in November 2014 which enabled the landowners to move forward with a Precinct Structure Plan (PSP). The future community will include some 10,000 house lots, neighbourhood centre and schools etc.
