Kingston Links Golf Club, Rowville
RLPL were engaged for the proposed residential redevelopment (800-1,000 lots) of the Kingston Links Golf Course at Rowville in Melbourne’s southeast. We were appointed to assist with amendment application process to coordinate and project manage the amendment application with Authorities in particular Melbourne Water, VicRoads and other servicing Authorities. We bring to this consultant team significant connections with authorities, which will assist in the amendment process in particular with focus to hydrological and servicing design issues for this site. We were also assisting in undertaking bulk earthworks for the site, where it’s estimated that 650,000cum of material that will be moved, including a significant proportion of imported fill.
