RLPL were appointed by Arcadia to assist with the management their site in Hidden Valley, Wallan. Part of the development proposal includes the construction of 537 units, 50 townhouses, new clubhouse, golf course, and a small commercial precinct with construction commencing mid-2017. RLPL coordinated the full consultant team to secure the permit for the delivery of the first 125 independent living villas and delivery of the resort precinct, including $9.5mil clubhouse, 50 resort townhouses and tennis, pickleball, golf and bowls facilities.
