Simon has considerable expertise in both real estate and property development. After gaining early sales experience with several real estate firms he took a senior role with the city sales department of a leading Melbourne company, where he drove major property sales and marketing projects. Simon then joined a development and construction company as Group Development Manager, with national responsibilities including the identification, evaluation and management of development opportunities. He then joined Robert Luxmoore Project Management – his family's company – as Managing Director. Simon has extensive experience with the initial evaluation of major projects and developments, as well as the coordination of strategies for town planning and re-zoning processes.
